Attendee Registration/Tickets (includes the full day seminar, CE credits, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments): $60.00 until August 31, 2019 and $75.00 as of September 1, 2019.


Continuing Education Credit Information:

5 Continuing Education Credits have been applied for licensed Social Workers, Nursing Home Administrators, Assisted Living Facility Managers, and Care Managers.

The Taylor & Lihn Elder Advocacy Boot Camp & Law program will submit to the following agencies for CE accreditation:

  • Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Managers w/ Sponsorship by the National Association of Social Workers;
  • Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers;
  • National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners; and
  • National Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Evaluations and certificates of completion will be provided to all attendees the day of the event, following the completion of the last presentation. Attendees will be required to turn in a completed evaluation to receive their certificate of completion.
